HOW IT WORKS

A step-by-step guide on how we operate

START A PROJECT

WE MAKE IT EASY.

Organizing team equipment doesn't have to be a confusing, drawn-out process.

To create the best possible client experience, we've streamlined our process into three steps.

Here's a breakdown of our process using a project with the St. Aloysius, a youth basketball program we worked with.

1. START A PROJECT

(Time: 5-10 Minutes)

All projects start with the Team Order Form.

This form serves as a blueprint for your project. From selecting your sport to providing deadlines, any and all relevant information will be sent straight to our team once this form is submitted.

Within one business day, a project manager will review your form. If we have any questions regarding your answers, we will request additional information before proceeding. If we have all the information we need, your project will be sent directly to our design team for drafting.

2. DESIGN WORK

(Time: 1-3 Business Days)

Once we have sufficient information about your project, we will pair you with a Sway Athletics designer.

You are now able to communicate directly with your designer as they create your first draft. If the first draft doesn't turn out the way you like, don't worry. We will provide unlimited revisions until we create a design that matches your vision.

Don't be afraid to ask for changes, introduce new ideas, or even start over from scratch if we aren't going in a direction you like. Design work is what we love to do, and we're dedicated to perfecting each project we work on.

3. PAYMENT & PRODUCTION

(Time: 3-4 Weeks)

Once your design has been finalized, we will need a spreadsheet with name, number, and size information.

After that, we will collect payment in one of three ways:

Credit card payment processed through our website
Check
ACH bank transfer

Once payment is received, our production process begins. With our standard shipping option, orders are delivered in five weeks or less. Expedited shipping is available for shorter deadlines.
